Try to avoid ice cream, cheese, meat and processed foods. Drink enough water and other liquids like fruit juice, vegetable juice, or soups. Do not prolong the urge of bowel movement. Some fruits like apples which contain pectin to move the stool easily. Apple cider vinegar gives the same benefit and takes two tea spoons twice daily to solve the problem.

High fiber-ed banana, flax-seed oil after lunch or dinner helps to cure constipation. Bran is taken one third on cereal in the morning is good for digestion. Beets are also good for digestion. Brewer’s yeast and wheat germ also help to prevent constipation. Avoid laxative and only take it in chronic condition to cure this. Psyllium husk is also used to cure constipation. Papaya is another effective remedy of constipation.

Never take unnecessary medicines and always consult doctor to take any kind of medicine to avoid complications. Avoid foods outside home like at restaurant. Avoid spicy foods and take simple food with lot of fiber. Treat the colon or rectum problem immediately to keep this ailment away.

Home Remedies For Cold Sores

There is not even a single highly effective over the counter medicine that can be called a complete cure for Cold sores. Contrary to this, certain common medicines are known to have side effects. So, natural treatment and home remedies for cold sores are considered to be the best option. The trick lies in acting fast.

Most commonly, tingling starts in the area of your face where a cold sore is about to appear. Just identify the area well and apply ice over it. Apply it over a considerable amount of time (say 20-25 minutes) and you would get instant relief. Cold sores aren’t the sort of things you go to the doctors about and you won’t use health insurance to cover any treatment you get for it but this doesn’t mean it’s still not uncomfortable. So, work on your immune system and you will not be affected by this disease in the very first place. You should have a healthy diet and should shun bad habits like excessive smoking and drinking.
